Why a patient survey?

Folktandvården conducts a patient survey with the aim of better understanding your patient experience with us as a healthcare provider.l This so that we can develop our business and services in a good way. We want to have an ongoing dialogue with our patients, and this is one way of doing that. 

Who can answer the survey?

The selection is made at random. The survey is digital and the participants receive a link sent to them via SMS from Folktandvården. The text message is only sent to adult patients, over 18 years of age, who have visited one of Folktandvården's clinics sometime during May/June 2023. The sender of the text message is "Folktandvården", and the link is safe to click. The survey takes approximately five minute to fill out.

How many people receive the text?

Folktandvården sends the survey to approximately 5,000 patients in general dental care, and approximately 1,500 patients in specialist dental care during June 2023. A total of 6,500 people within Region Jönköping County will have the opportunity to participate this time.

How is the survey carried out?

The survey is open for two weeks. After one week, a reminder SMS will be sent out to randomly selected participants.

Will I be anonymous?

Yes, all participants are completely anonymous, and your answers cannot be traced back to you as an individual. We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and all applicable information laws.

Will I receive any compensation?

No, there is no compensation and participation is completely voluntary. However, if you wish, you can sign up at the end of the survey to participate in a lottery drawing. Among those who answered the entire survey and registered an interest in participating in the raffle, 100 lottery tickets, at SEK 30 each, will be drawn. You can only win one ticket and you can only complete the survey once.
